As a Field Training Officer (FTO) one of her responsibilities was to teach her trainees how to access the driver’s license database, the same database she would later claim was used against. The irony is she was allegedly using it for her own personal Facebook looking us potential boyfriends.
Of course you can’t victim blame. But I don’t consider this blaming the victim. I consider it taking it back to the source of where some of the cops learned to look up drivers licenses all willy nilly. I’m not saying that all of them learned it from her because she didn’t train all officers involved in the lawsuit. I’m just saying her alleged training tactics or showing people how to use the drivers license database as a personal Facebook may have allegedly originated with her. She should take some accountability.
To this day I don’t know if this has been ever called into question publicly. So I want to put it out there. No victim blaming. Just details.
